Tobacco: Whose fault?

The Florida Supreme Court declared inadmissible the collective complaint 300-700 000 smokers! Top 5 majors of the tobacco industry in question will therefore not have to compensate the plaintiffs! Will reopen the debate about the guilt of everyone!
Tobacco industry: the culprits?
As with any business, the goal is to sell! And the tobacco industry is no exception to the rule, even if things are a little different! It's true, they do not sell canned spinach ... Make money on a harmful product may seem a bit illogical! Not to mention all forms of advertising, more or less circuitous used by the giants of the tobacco industry. The problem is less about the product they sell that information to be made for smokers about the dangers of tobacco. Moreover, it is often what they are charged.
But can we really say that they are the only and exclusive responsibility of the dependence of people or even caused by the following diseases ... Smokers also have their share of responsibility!

Smoking: the culprits?
If the tobacco industry has its share of responsibility, smokers also have them! For some years now, the anti-tobacco campaigns are quite numerous and visible so that smokers are aware of the risks of smoking ... Or at least a minimum! It is difficult then to say that it is entirely the fault of the industry. Although there is a share incentive or pressure around the cigarette, everyone is free to use or not! It was after that, that choice becomes more complicated, especially because of the dependence ... Being aware about the risks of smoking, young people are still likely to start ...

Finally, that the smoker or industry is the "fault" to the problems related to smoking?

“Smoking I find the most ridiculous of all the varieties of human behavior and practically the only one that is entirely against nature. Can you imagine a cow or any animal taking a mouthful of smoldering straw than breathing in the smoke and blowing it out through its nostrils?”
